For the year of 2024, the annual POA dues are $125. Electronic invoices are anticipated to go out in early March for residents who provided email addresses. Other invoices will be mailed.


The annual meeting is set for April 16, 2024, 7:00 p.m. at McGraw Realtors, 280 S. Yukon Parkway. Please join us.

Sunrise Hills expects to have the neighborhood garage sale the weekend of June 1st and June 2nd. This is the same time as KingsWay, which is how we have done it every year.
